Rented this for a shoot where we needed to feed both an SDI monitor and an HDMI recorder at once, and the bidirectional port saved us from carrying a second box. It powered straight off the camera battery, so no extra cables cluttering the rig. Took a knock on a tripod mount and kept working all day

Used this converter to switch between SDI and HDMI on set and it worked flawlessly without any noticeable delay. The bidirectional functionality made it easy to change signal direction on the fly. Really solid rental gear for any video job.

Plugged it into my live stream setup and the SDI to HDMI conversion was instant and flawless, no lag at all. The bidirectional feature is a lifesaver for switching signal directions without swapping cables. Really solid little box for the price.
