ANGENIEUX EZ-1 30-90mm T2 - PL (S35)

Was a bit worried about the weight, but the 2.1 kg is actually well-balanced on my rig, and that 0.6m close focus really saved me in a tight interview setup.

The quick swap between PL and Sony mounts saved me at least 20 minutes on set—having both included in the rental kit was a huge bonus. Close focus at 0.6m let me punch in for some nice detail shots without changing lenses.

Rented this for a two-day commercial and the 0.6m close focus saved me on a tight tabletop setup. The 2.1kg weight is manageable on a gimbal, though it's front-heavy with the 114mm front. Images came out clean and consistent across the zoom range.
