ANGENIEUX EZ-1 45-135mm T3 - PL (FF)

Swapping between the PL and Sony mounts in the field is remarkably quick, which saved me on a fast-paced shoot. The 2.1 kg weight balances nicely on my shoulder rig without being too heavy.

The 0.6m close focus makes this a dream for run-and-gun interviews without swapping lenses, and swapping to the Sony mount in seconds saved my whole shoot day. Weighing 2.1kg it balances beautifully on my rig with the 15mm rods, and the T3 holds up surprisingly well in dimmer spaces.

Coming from heavier zooms, the 2.1 kg weight on this lens felt surprisingly manageable for a full-frame PL setup. The included 15mm rods and dual mount options made it easy to switch between my cameras on set.
