CONTAX GRIP 645

Having 4 AA batteries as backup on a long shoot gave me real peace of mind, and the half-press shutter focus made handheld shots much smoother than expected.

I grabbed this grip for a weekend rental, and the extra battery life from the 4 AA slot kept me shooting all day without worrying about power. The shutter release with half-press feel is a nice touch, making handheld portraits much steadier.

The half-press shutter focus made portrait sessions feel much more fluid, and the extra battery life from four AAs saved me from swapping packs mid-shoot. It was a solid rental that did exactly what I needed.
