CONTAX BOITIER 645

The autofocus on this rental body is surprisingly snappy for a medium format camera, and the grip feels really secure during handheld shots. The 6x4.5 format gave me beautiful, sharp negatives to work with.

Getting the prism finder with the rental was a nice surprise – made composing shots on the 6x4.5 format much quicker. The body felt solid at 645g, and everything came exactly as described. Worked flawlessly for the weekend shoot.

I was blown away by how well-maintained this medium-format body is—the prism finder is crystal clear and the 645 back locks in perfectly. Shutter feels precise and the grip makes handheld shooting easy.
