HASSELBLAD HC 50 MM II

Rented this for a weekend architecture project and the f/3.5 aperture made interior shots incredibly sharp without needing to bump ISO. The 60cm close focus distance was perfect for capturing fine details on the building’s facade.

Shot with it at f/8 for a commercial job and the sharpness across the frame was incredible even at close focus. The minimum focusing distance of 60 cm let me get right in on the product details without any distortion.

I rented this for a landscape shoot, and the 60 cm close focus distance caught me off guard in a good way—got sharp details on foreground flowers. The f/3.5 to f/32 range handled bright midday sun without any issues.
