MAMIYA RZ PRISME AE

Switched from manual metering to this prism and the spot metering mode is a game-changer for precise portraits—much faster than guestimating. The body power eliminates the hassle of a separate battery, which I really appreciate during long shoots.

Finally got to try this AE prism on a rental shoot, and the spot metering mode made tricky backlit portraits so much easier to nail. Paired with the RZ body, it’s a solid upgrade from guessing exposure.

I've been using this AE prism to nail exposure with my RZ, and the ambient metering mode makes it a breeze for outdoor shoots. It locks onto the subject quickly and feels solid even on longer rental days.
