RODE NTG4 MICRO SUPERCARDOIDE

For being a rental, this mic was in flawless condition, and the compact size made it a breeze to mount on my rig without any counterbalance issues. The supercardioid pickup handled the noisy location shoot better than I expected, so I’m happy with the audio quality for the price.

Supercardioid pattern really helped isolate dialogue on a noisy location shoot, and the rental arrived ready to go with fresh batteries. Perfect for my indie short film.

The rental unit was in perfect condition and the supercardioid pickup pattern isolated my dialogue beautifully on a noisy set. I was really impressed by how clear the audio sounded in post-production with zero room echo.
