Used this on a shoot where we needed a bit of extra height for a key light, and the locking knobs held it solid all day. Saved me from having to bring a full c-stand for a smaller fixture. Exactly what I needed for the job.

The height adjustment mechanism was buttery smooth on the one I rented, making quick work of repositioning a heavy light. Held my equipment securely without any wobble at full extension. Really solid rental experience for grip gear.

Rented this for a shoot and the adjustable height range covered everything we needed without swapping stands. The locking mechanism held firm even with a heavier light head tilted at an angle, which was the main thing I worried about.
