NANLITE PAVOTUBE II 30C

Borrowed this 60W tube for a shoot and the output was impressively smooth across the whole 2700K range. It’s surprisingly lightweight to rig, and the rental condition from Matphoto was spotless. Definitely booking it again for interviews.

The color temperature range was perfect for matching our practicals on set, and the battery lasted through a full day of filming without needing a swap. It’s a solid rental that handled well in tight spaces.

Rented this for a weekend shoot and the 2700K end of the color range gave our hotel-room scenes a genuinely warm, moody glow that my usual fixtures just can't hit. It ran cool all day at 60W, no flicker on camera, and the tube form factor made it a breeze to tuck behind furniture.
