NIKKOR F 14MM D ED

I needed an ultrawide for a weekend shoot and this rental was sharp corner-to-corner even wide open. The fast f/2.8 aperture really helped in low light without needing to bump the ISO.

The close focus ability on this rented 14mm let me get dramatic foregrounds I couldn't achieve with other ultra-wides. Nice and sharp across the frame for a wide zoom.

Finally got to rent this lens for a night shoot, and the f/2.8 aperture made a huge difference in dim alleyways. That close-focusing ability let me get crisp details from a few inches away. Definitely worth the rental fee for that extra sharpness.
