زايس CP2 85 مم T2.1 EF (FF)

Finally a cine lens that doesn't break the bank for testing; the T2.1 aperture gave me beautiful shallow depth of field on my short film, and the EF mount worked perfectly with my adapter.

I got this rental for a weekend shoot and the 85mm focal length on full frame gave me that classic portrait compression I was hoping for. The T2.1 aperture let me separate my subject beautifully, even in available light.

The rental copy I got was spotless and the EF mount locked on without any play. T2.1 wide open gave a buttery falloff that made my interview footage look properly cinematic, and the focus throw is long enough for precise pulls every time.
