PIED MASTER BOOM TRANSFORMER - 420B

Set this up for a small shoot yesterday, and the 1.91m boom extension was a lifesaver for getting the mic right over the talent’s head. The whole unit feels solid at 3kg, yet still easy to adjust one-handed.

The extension arm handles my compact LED light perfectly at full reach, and the whole setup feels rock-solid at the 3.92m height. Lifting it alone was easy at just 3kg.

Finally got to rig lights at a proper height with this boom, and the 3 kg weight made it easy to reposition between shots. The max extension of 3.92 m really let me hit those high angles I couldn’t before.
