쿡 미니 S4/i 100mm T2.8 PL

The close focus on this 100mm lets me get incredibly intimate shots without losing any sharpness, and the build feels solid enough to handle a full day on set. It's quickly become my go-to for tight close-ups and product work.

That T2.8 to T22 range is a lifesaver for outdoor shoots—I never had to swap lenses when the light shifted mid-scene. The close focus surprised me too; got some gorgeous macro-ish detail on a product shot without any extra diopters. Solid rental, would book it again for sure.

The rental copy I got held sharpness wide open even in tricky low light, which really impressed me. Cine lock on the T-stop ring was solid with no drift during a full day of shooting.
