PROFOTO TORCHE BI-TUBE

The dual tube setup let me shape the light exactly how I wanted for a tricky portrait series, and the rental unit was in pristine condition. I've rented plenty of gear before, but this one’s build felt notably solid and reliable throughout a long day.

Rented this for a two-day shoot and the dual-tube setup meant I could swap between a tighter spot and a wider wash without touching the modifier. It handled back-to-back pops without overheating, which is exactly what I needed on a long day.

The dual-tube design gave me two distinct light sources from a single head, which was perfect for shaping catchlights on glassware without extra modifiers. Rentals usually feel beat-up, but this one was in excellent condition and the controls were all crisp and responsive.
