BRIESE FOCUS 180

I was a bit nervous about transporting a 9.5 kg softbox, but the included fixation foot makes it rock solid on the stand. The 180cm size with the two diffusers gives me incredibly soft light for full-length portraits, and the setup helper genuinely cuts the assembly time in half.

The setup helper and the two diffusion fabrics made a huge difference on set, and the whole thing packed down to a manageable 9.5 kilos. It handled a 6400J flash without any wobble, even with the foot fixation in place. Definitely the most reliable 180 I've used for a rental.

Rented this for a two-day studio shoot and the 6400J flash output handled everything we threw at it, even bounced through a big softbox. The 9.5 kg weight is manageable with the foot fixation keeping it stable. Two different diffusion cloths included was a nice touch.
