GRIP A7R III

Renting this VG-C3EM was the right call for my weekend shoot—the extra grip depth saved my wrist during a two-hour handheld session, and it locked onto the A7R III body flawlessly. Came back in the same condition I got it, no surprises.

Rented this for a weekend portrait session and the extra battery slot alone saved me from swapping cards and batteries mid-shoot. It balances the body way better with a 70-200 mounted, though it does add noticeable weight to the bag.

The vertical shutter button made shooting portraits way more comfortable, and the grip balances the body nicely with a heavier lens attached. Battery life roughly doubled too since it holds two packs.
